Our services
Descriptions on this site are summaries. Everything that applies to a project, including deliverables, schedule, fees and acceptance criteria, is set out in a written proposal or statement of work that both parties agree before work starts.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and may be fixed, monthly or hourly. Quotes and invoices are in Indian rupees (INR) and, unless a quote says otherwise, are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Prices shown on this site for starter websites describe the entry-level scope only. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and begins only with your approval.
Ownership and intellectual property
On payment in full, you own the source code, designs and documentation we create specifically for you. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences, which we will identify. We retain the right to reuse general know-how and non-confidential tools that are not specific to your business.
Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work.
Warranties and liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care and will correct defects reported within the warranty period stated in your statement of work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the statement of work. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable, and we will hand over completed work on payment.
Governing law and contact
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India. Unless your statement of work says otherwise, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. For questions about these terms, write to hello@csassociations.com or call +91 721 763 4708.
